This is data which was provided by you and consists of:
*Name, Address, Email, phone number, website.
Where necessary - proof of status (shredded immediately).
*This data is retained for the duration of your annual membership.
How it is stored:
It is held both digitally (on a database) and physically in a locked file.
Who has access to it:
Your data is kept safe and is accessed only by the 3 principle officers of the committee, Chairperson, Treasurer and Secretary.
Why we hold it:
The reason for holding your data is communication via post and email:
Posting the biannual Magazine to you.
Ebulletin a few times per year to inform you of opportunities and deadlines as they arise for awards, workshops, exhibitions and the Bienniel International Festival.
Your Consent:
